RESPONSIBLE AND PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

Associación Nuclear Ascó-Vandellós II, A.I.E. (hereinafter ANAV), as the Data Controller, will process your personal data for the purpose of the internal complaint that you have just registered through our ethical channel.

BASIS OF LEGITIMACY WHICH COVERS THE TREATMENT

We inform you that all the data you provide will be processed by ANAV, as the Data Controller, being the basis of legitimacy the fulfilment of a legal obligation: Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons reporting breaches of European Union law.

TIME PERIOD FOR THE RETENTION OF DOCUMENTATION

The personal data you provide will be kept until the end of the investigation and termination of the file by the organisation. In any case, they will not be kept in the complaints channel itself for a period of more than 3 months. For the management by other departments of the organisation involved in the investigation of the complaint, and to respond to legal proceedings, the data will be kept until the statute of limitations of the offence, in accordance with the provisions of article 131.1 of the Penal Code.

INTERNATIONAL ASSIGNMENTS AND TRANSFERS

Your data will not be given to companies that collaborate with ANAV’s selection process.
There will be no international transfer of your personal data for the purpose of the transfer of data to the companies collaborating in the selection process.

EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

Finally, we inform you that at any time, you have the right of access, rectification, opposition to the treatment or suppression, as well as, in certain circumstances, limitation to the treatment and portability of the data collected by sending a written communication to:
