The position of control room operator is a high-responsibility position that requires a high technical qualification. The operator is a highly trained professional with teamwork capabilities who also has the opportunity to develop a significant professional career within ANAV.

The position of control room operator is a position of responsibility. Once the training period is completed, your salary will be around €50,000 gross per year plus bonuses.
Additionally, you will have an attractive package of social benefits including, among others, medical and life insurance, a pension plan, and a subsidy for part of the energy bill.
The paid training lasts approximately 36 months, during which the trainee acquires theoretical and practical knowledge about nuclear facilities in general, the Ascó and Vandellós II plants in particular, the operation manuals, and radiological protection and legislation.
The program includes both classroom training and practical training at the plant and sessions in the control room simulator. The scope and content of the program are established by CSN’s IS-11 instruction.
Train candidates to obtain a reactor/turbine operator license for the Ascó and Vandellós II Nuclear Power Plants.
